Casting ProcessA healthy billet through solid billets using dissolution, alloying, electronic stirring, degassing, foundry, and homogenization processes is required for extrusion. We are capable of manufacturing all aluminum alloys in the 1xxx ~ 7xxx series, and we can also produce large-scale billets for forging up to 380mm in diameter.

MeltingTwo tilting reverberatory furnaces capable of generating high-purity melts during dissolution are used for high-efficiency billet production. For environmental purposes, we use regenerative gas (LNG) burners capable of recycling waste heat.

CastingWe have an AirSlip foundry capable of producing billets with diameters of 7, 9, 10, 12, and 15 inches.

HomogenizationTo homogenize the structure of cast billets, we have two homogenization heat treatment furnaces with a loading capacity of 25 tons each.

Billet CuttingWe possess two billet cutting machines capable of cutting billets.
